1. Scope of HVAC Services
Riyadh Cooling Hub للتبريد والتكييف provides professional diagnostic checking, split and central AC repair, parts replacements, compressor replacements, duct vacuuming, and general cooling maintenance. Our services are carried out by certified HVAC technicians in designated Riyadh service areas.
2. Diagnostic Fees & Estimations
A basic diagnostic call-out fee is applicable for on-site inspections. Once our technicians locate the source of the cooling issue, a line-item estimate detailing parts and labor will be provided to the client. If the client approves the estimate and proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic call-out fee is fully integrated or waived, as specified in the service catalog.
3. Client Site Preparations
For the safety of our technicians and efficiency of the maintenance, clients must ensure:
- Clear, safe access is provided to both the indoor evaporator blowers and outdoor condenser units (especially on roofs or high exterior brackets).
- An adult representative (18+ years of age) is present on the premises during the entire service window.
- All valuable personal property surrounding the work area is removed or protected.
4. Service and Parts Warranties
We take pride in our workmanship. We offer a limited warranty on labor and service completions. Original replacement parts (e.g. compressors, capacitors, fan motors) carry distinct manufacturer warranties which will be explained and documented in your final invoice.
5. Payments & E-Billing
Payments are due immediately upon completion of the HVAC service. We accept cash, standard online bank transfers, and common local digital payment methods in Saudi Arabia. Electronic invoices are generated and shared directly to your registered WhatsApp or mobile profile.
6. Modifying or Cancelling Bookings
Please provide at least 2 hours of notice for scheduling changes or cancellations. This helps us optimize routes and maintain fast same-day response times for emergency cooling breakdowns across all Riyadh neighborhoods.
